I had a very complex divorce case that required someone like Austin Vandeveer to help me navigate. He took the time to explain the terms and legal issues that I was not familiar with, thus allowing me to make important decisions for the future. He was a power presence in the courtroom and handled the case beautifully on my behalf. He did not leave any room for doubt that he would always act in my best interest and fight for what was deserved.Anonymous
Hard working. Charismatic. Resourceful. Chris deLambert handles family law cases in Lee County, Chatham County, and Orange County, NC.
“Family law is very important to me. Everyday day I get to make a positive impact on peoples lives.”
Chris is originally from Springfield, Ohio (Go Bucks). He spent his youth moving around the world as a military brat. Then, after finishing high school in Austin, Texas, he continued that nomadic lifestyle by joining the Army. Twenty years and three combat tours later, he retired and eventually settled in Sanford, North Carolina with his wife, Nejla. Between them, Chris and Nejla have seven amazing grown children and five (even more amazing) grandchildren. For over a decade, Chris has been the television play-by-play commentator for high school football in Lee County (Go Jackets, Go Cavs).
Chris holds a Juris Doctorate from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. He focuses his practice on family law, frequently working with current and former members of the military.
