Kirsten Grieser is a family law attorney serving Durham, Orange, Chatham, and Alamance Counties.

Kirsten is a two-time graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning her law degree in 2019 and her bachelor’s degree in 2015. She is proud to have completed over 120 pro bono hours during law school, with a particular focus on victims of domestic violence.
Kirsten decided she was going to grow up to be a family lawyer when she was fifteen years old, after an attorney helped her during a family crisis. She achieved that dream when she began practicing family law in 2021, and she has continued helping people like herself ever since. Her goal is to give her clients the same feelings of empowerment and security that she got from her own family law experience.
Kirsten is a dual German-American citizen and a fluent German speaker. She grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, but has made the Triangle her home for the past 10 years. When she’s not in court or advocating for her clients, you can find her knitting homemade socks, playing tabletop games, and cooking authentic German food.
